“Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:12-13
The journey to a miracle can be a long one, but the good news is that many times there are small miracles experienced along the way. Even better is that while you are praying for your miracle you can bless others by bringing them with you. Allow them time and space to share with you the miracles that they are experiencing as you journey together. Help one another.
Think of praying as your job and be persistent. Stay focused on one mission. God will provide what you need in other areas along the way.
Assemble a prayer team. Communicate with others about what you need. Encourage one another to carry on in prayer. Together pray for one another’s miracle.
Stay fully present and pray hard. Consider saying this prayer - “God be present with me” until your mind is free and clear of distraction. Then do the work. Talk to God about what it is that you need. You are praying for a miracle and you need your mind to be completely fixed in two places- God and the miracle.
Finally, enjoy the journey!
Life with God is pretty exciting! Inspirational even. You never know what you're going to get- one minute it could be all gumdrops and lemon drops and the next moment it could be a typhoon. You could be in a season of drought and still get a miracle. You could be in a season of lush green pastures and still get a miracle.
Whatever season you are in, expect your miracle! Until it arrives, know that God will provide the strength, energy, focus, and passion needed to sustain you. Be faithful in even the smallest moments. Stand ready to receive with open arms the miracle you have been praying for.
At the end of the day though, remember there really is no magic formula or magic wand, only our trust in our God and His presence in our heart, which might very well be where the true miracle is taking place.
Y’all have a beautiful day!
All My Love,
Jen
