Believe in Discipline.
Sometimes when you live with PTSD your sleep can be disturbed through your dreams or nightmares, which can cause you to feel on edge or anxious throughout the day. It can even begin to affect your body in other unhealthy ways. If you find that you call out in your sleep often, sleep restless or find yourself waking up startled it is important to talk with a professional soon.
Heavenly Father, we ask you to cover our dreams and our mind with your grace and mercy. We ask You to help us replace our anxious thoughts with thoughts and prayer that are guided by You. Where our heart and mind are unsettled, Lord, we ask You to bring peace.

Take a deep breath in. Let it out. Then stand outside and open your arms wide toward the sun. Let the warmth soak into your heart. SMILE and let the Son’s rays radiate through you.
