“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it” Proverbs 4:23.
Each of us has an inner support beam. It’s a place of refuge, of hope, a place of peace, of inner sanctity, it is a place where love grows, and God’s grace flows. It is our heart.
Just like the support beam in our home, rarely do we give our heart much attention. It is simply left to just be. Having an S.R.S. (Simple.Realistic.Sustainable) Plan allows us to nurture and care for our heart without too much thought which provides space for us to look through the lens of love.
An S.R.S plan could simply be to pray in all things. We do not need to walk, talk, write, have money, food, a pen or anything else in order to pray. We can simply just be with God in any moment of our day and ask Him into our heart.
