Say “I love you” Everyday
1 Peter 4:8: Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.
“I LOVE YOU!”
These three words are seemingly insignificant and often understood, but there is great value in verbally expressing them to your spouse every single day.
They restore value, they confirm where you stand, and where the relationship stands. Over time without them, some hearts may begin to wonder and even wander. They are a great reminder of the love that you have for one another.
They can be given away freely, require absolutely no work, but they can make such an impact. Sometimes they might even change the trajectory of a really crummy day and sometimes they provide just the right strength to keep moving in the day.
When was the last time you said, “I love you” to your spouse? If it’s been a while or even if it was only 5 minutes ago, take a moment now to stop and say “I love you.” Then go about your day knowing that you are incredibly and deeply loved.
Y’all have a beautiful day!
