Create Space for Peace to Blossom Within

Laying it all on the line. Giving it to God. Letting Him know that you are sorry. Asking for forgiveness. Committing to not making the same mistake. Living for Him.
God forgives us long before we forgive ourselves. But when we carry the weight of past experiences—mistakes, pain, or trauma—it can be hard to forgive or accept forgiveness. PTSD can trap you in moments that can replay the past in ways that make healing a challenge. But God sees beyond those moments. He knows the turn is coming. He watches, waiting patiently, after all He gave us free choice. And when we knock, He welcomes us without hesitation.
Kneeling down and praying the Hail Mary. Genuflecting in prayer. These small acts remind us that we are not alone, that we are seen, known, and loved. God understands that we are not perfect creations, but He is our perfect Creator. And He is always ready to bring peace to the chaos, to exchange our burden for His grace.
When we stop to be with Him—when we share our struggles, lay down our pain, and trust Him with our healing—His joy overflows and ours does too. PTSD may whisper that we are broken, but God gets to rewrite our story with peace, trust, strength and discipline. We are whole in Him. There’s no greater love.
By holding fast to God’s love and breathing it in we create space for peace to blossom within.
Lord, You are so good! Thank You for showing us the joy of forgiving. Even when it’s hard, You make it possible—and even beautiful! Fill our hearts with laughter, love, and the peace that comes with forgiveness. Thank you so much, Lord. Have a beautiful day!
Y'all have a beautiful day!
All My Love,
Jen
