22 Days of Prayer for Your PTSD Partner - Day 5
Updated: Jul 13, 2019
“But He was pierced for our sins, crushed for our iniquity. He bore the punishment that makes us whole, by His wounds we were healed” Isaiah 53:5.
22 Days of Prayer for your PTSD partner:
As country singer Rodney Atkins sings “if you’re going through hell keep on going, you might get out before the devil even knows you’re there” Lord, we pray today for those people who do not feel worthy of your love or feel like they are driving the bus to hell. We ask you walk with them in peace, trusting that You sent Your Son to bear “the punishment.” We ask You to cover them with Your strength and break their addiction to pain, so they no longer feel the need to punish themselves, but can live secure and whole in the resurrection and light of Your deep, deep love. In Jesus Name, We pray, Amen!
